SAFETY Global Service 2026 – Egypt Station: Training, Maintenance and Local Support

September 15–19, 2026 | Egypt

From September 15 to 19, SAFETY Dental’s global service program reached its sixth destination of 2026: Egypt.

During the visit, the SAFETY service team provided dedicated after-sales training for local distributor staff and visited multiple customer clinics to carry out on-site dental chair maintenance.

This service trip combined two important parts of SAFETY’s international support: strengthening the technical capabilities of local partners and providing direct service to clinics already using SAFETY dental equipment.

Distributor Training: Putting Practical Skills in Local Hands

In Egypt, SAFETY service engineers conducted a structured training session covering dental chair construction, routine maintenance requirements, common faults, troubleshooting, and service procedures.

The training focused on practical operation rather than theory alone. Technical knowledge was broken down into clear, hands-on procedures that local service teams can apply in their day-to-day work.

By strengthening local technical capabilities, SAFETY aims to make maintenance and service support more efficient for customers in the region.

On-Site Dental Chair Maintenance at Customer Clinics

The service team also visited several dental clinics across Egypt.

At each location, engineers checked the operating condition of the dental chairs, inspected key components and wear-prone parts, and reviewed routine maintenance practices with clinic staff.

Issues identified during the inspections were handled on site whenever possible, with the relevant operating and maintenance guidance provided directly to the clinic team.

For dental clinics, reliable equipment is only part of the equation. Timely maintenance and accessible technical support are equally important for keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Building a Stronger Global Service Network

SAFETY dental chairs have entered more international markets as the company continues to expand its overseas business. SAFETY products have obtained EU CE-MDR certification and undergone review by the U.S. FDA, supporting the company’s international market development.

As the business expands, SAFETY is also continuing to strengthen its service network.

The Egypt visit is part of this ongoing effort—from distributor training to customer maintenance, bringing technical support closer to the market and making after-sales service more responsive.

For SAFETY, after-sales training is not simply a one-time service activity. It is part of building a long-term relationship with distributors and dental clinics.

From Europe to Africa, SAFETY is gradually expanding its global service coverage and working with local partners to provide more consistent support for customers.

Where our products go, our service follows.
