SAFETY Strengthens Local Service Through Overseas After-Sales Training

May 19, 2026

April 6–15, 2026 — As part of its ongoing global service program, SAFETY completed the 4th and 5th stops of its 2026 international service tour, with the team visiting Romania and Spain to carry out overseas after-sales training and technical exchange activities.

Unlike previous on-site clinic inspections, this stage of the tour focused more on strengthening the local distributor service system. Through technical training, maintenance standard discussions, and service workflow coordination, SAFETY worked closely with local partners to improve inspection efficiency and after-sales support capabilities, helping build a more reliable regional service network.

As a dental equipment manufacturer certified with EU CE-MDR, US FDA, and other international standards, SAFETY continues to expand not only its global product presence, but also its long-term international service infrastructure.

Romania: Improving Technical Response and Service Efficiency

During the Romania visit, the SAFETY team conducted systematic training sessions covering:

  • Dental chair structure and core systems
  • Maintenance standards and service procedures
  • Common troubleshooting methods
  • Routine inspection workflow optimization

The training focused on helping local partners establish a more standardized technical support process, improving response speed and after-sales efficiency for clinics using SAFETY dental equipment.

From equipment delivery to long-term service coordination, SAFETY continues investing in localized overseas support systems, ensuring clinics receive stable, professional, and long-term technical assistance.

Spain: Supporting High Standards in Mature Dental Markets

As one of Europe’s more established dental markets, Spain places strong emphasis on both equipment quality and after-sales responsiveness.

During the visit, SAFETY provided structured training sessions focused on:

  • Equipment maintenance protocols
  • Daily care and inspection procedures
  • Long-term equipment management
  • Functional adjustment and calibration guidance

The team also organized on-site Q&A sessions around common technical issues, while demonstrating maintenance details and standardized operating procedures based on real equipment usage scenarios.

These sessions helped further improve the local service team’s technical support capability and inspection efficiency.

Global Service Beyond Product Delivery

“Wherever our products go, our service follows.”

For SAFETY, this is more than a slogan. It represents the standard behind the company’s global after-sales system and its long-term commitment to customers worldwide.

As demand for reliable dental chair manufacturers and professional technical support continues to grow, SAFETY remains focused on delivering not only high-quality dental equipment, but also dependable service that clinics can count on over time.
